Phosphor bronze Welding Wire is equivalent to AWS ERCuSn-C
Description: S213 is a phosphor bronze welding wire with a higher tin content. The increase in tin content improves the hardness and wear resistance of the weld metal, but also increases the tendency of hot brittleness. The weld is well formed.
Uses: Suitable for argon arc welding of copper materials, such as copper or phosphor bronze welding, especially for connecting brass and steel and repairing copper castings. It can also be used for furnace brazing of steel, and surface overlay welding of steel and cast iron parts.

Precautions:
1. In order to reduce the thermal brittleness tendency of the weld, the welding pool should be kept small and the welding time should be kept during welding.
Keep it as short as possible.
2. When using tungsten argon arc welding (TIG welding), preheating is required. V-shaped grooves are usually used, and welding can only be carried out at the flat welding position. Avoid the appearance of pores as much as possible.
