Notes on Usages:
1.The electrodes must be baked under 200℃ for an hour before welding.
2.As far as possible with short arc welding, and welding work to maintain the vertical.
3.According to the size of the work and the type of the base material should be 300~600℃ preheating.
4.After the welding, it should be in 600 ~ 700℃ tempering after 1 hour in slowly cooled or will work
immediately placed in dry and hot sandbox or Barilla slow cooling, to avoid cracks.
5.The surfacing layer must be rough grinding, if found defects, according to the above steps to weld
repair and slow cooling.
