AWS ENiCrMo-4 low hydrogen type
Features and uses:
1, ENiCrMo-4 is a low hydrogen type coating of nickel-based electrode. The weld has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance. The weld metal has high strength and good corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature. DC reverse, with a good welding process performance, good operability, all-position welding is good.
2, for nickel-based alloy welding, can also be used for some difficult to weld alloys, dissimilar steel welding and surfacing.
Precautions:
1. Before welding, the electrode shall be baked at 350 ℃ for 1 hour before use.
2. Welding before welding must be clear rust, oil, water and other unclean.
