The graphite rod for industry use is made by carbon, graphite and some adhesive by extrusion forming. We can produce the graphite rod tube in any size. The graphite rod is often used in high temperature vacuum furnace as the graphite heating element, the highest temperature can be up to 3000 Celsius in vacuum neutral atmosphere or reducing atmosphere. We also have graphite ingot molds, graphite crucible, graphite ring, graphite tube, graphite plate electrode and so on.
The graphite rod has smaller thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, resistivity (8 ~ 13) x 10-6 Ω m., good workability with SiC, high temperature resistant, resistance to extreme cold and heat, strong oxidation resistance, low resistance race, use temperature up to 1800 degrees Celsius and corrosion resistance, not easy to break, suitable for metal cutting into any shape to meet the client’s requirements.
