Introduction:
ERCuAl-A2 Welding Wire is a kind of aluminum bronze wire that containing iron,High strength, wear resistance,good corrosion resistance.
Application:
ERCuAl-A2 welding wire is used for argon arc welding of aluminum bronze, manganese silicon bronze, and some copper nickel, ferrous metal and dissimilar metals.The most common dissimilar metal is aluminum bronze and steel,
copper and steel welding.The welding wire is also used for wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface of the welding.

Note:
1.Before welding the oxide,oil and other contaminants on the welding edge of the workpiece and welding wire surface must be cleaned,therwise it will lead to porosity, slag and other defects, so that the performance of the weld is reduced.
2.Aluminum bronze welding and welding of carbon steel, thin pieces do not need to preheat, thick parts should be pre heated to about 200℃
3.As alumina is formed in the molten pool, the welding wire is not recommended for use in the oxygen gas welding
process, only for inert gas protection.
