R406Fe heat-resistant steel electrode GB E6018-B3
Features: Iron powder low hydrogen potassium type coating containing 2.5% Cr-1% Mo pearlite heat-resistant steel electrode, AC and DC, can be all-position welding. With high temperature resistance to hydrogen corrosion, preheating to 160 ~ 200 ℃ before welding.
Uses: Cr2.5Mo pearlite for heat-resistant steel structure, such as the operating temperature of 550 ℃ in the following high-temperature high-pressure pipeline, oil cracking equipment, synthetic chemical machinery and equipment.
Material (Deposited metal chemical composition):
C ≤ 0.12 Mn 0.50 to 0.90 Cr 2.00 to 2.50 Mo 0.90 to 1.20
